So being a heavy Reddit user (mostly a lurker) we knew that one of the first places we wanted to have a social network was on reddit. So we went over to reddit to grab our novelty handles and lo and behold, the short and sweet “padium” handles are all taken. So we quickly setup a reddit account /u/padium-labs and a sub called /r/PadiumLabs.
After creating a the sub I tried to give it a custom theme. So I downloaded one that is not the standard naut them and quickly installed it. It looks great but it wasnt as easy as I thought to change the colors to what I really wanted. But as this wasn’t that important I kept on moving. I was so excited that Padium Labs had a subreddit I went ahead and created my first blog and posted it. As of time of this writing I still have 1 up vote (sad isn’t it?). Hopefully this will change later on but we still have lots of work to do.

Now we know that a Facebook page had to be next but the question was are we going to focus on facebook page for Linc or also one for Padium Labs as well. Obviously you know the answer to this question now in hindsight but the choice wasn’t really that simple. I will go into the thought process in another post as its getting late. So we set up both a Padium Labs facebook page and a Linc: The all in one digital cooking assistant facebook page at the same time.
I went ahead and posted a few standard images that I have and quickly made a facebook cover with a free online cover editor.
I made it so that it at least had some info to know that Linc is our main product that we are currently working on. Once I put up the cover photos on both pages I checked it out on mobile and noticed that the sides were cut off. Oh boy. Another thing to fix.
Its getting late so I settled on fixing it later and ending this blog post.
